No questions asked, full booking amount refunded if you are not satisfied with the teacher after 2 trial classes.
Trial classes -> take 2 trial classes within 7 days to evaluate the subject knowledge and teaching skills of the teacher.
Pay balance fee -> once you accept the teacher after trial class, pay the balance 90% amount to confirm the teacher and continue classes.
